NMRA CV 126 - Manual Rule 17 Dimmer Button Remapping

This CV controls what button dims the headlight when Rule 17 is enabled. The value entered into this CV directly corresponds to the button number you would like to use for manual Rule17 dimming. For example if you want function button 7 to dim the headlight program this CV with a value of 7.
Set this CV to 29 if you don't want any button to dim the headlight
