NMRA CV 16.0.268 DC Mode Regulated Supply Maximum Track Voltage
This CV sets the maximum voltage level which will be present during operation on the "Regulated" DC power supply. This value should be set equal to or slightly less than the voltage on the track while under load. This CV value sets up the internal analogue to digital converter which measures the track voltage and does calculations to set the speed for the motor, the active notch, etc. If you are running the power pack at full throttle but it is not moving very fast, decrease the value in this CV. For DC power packs that output higher voltages this CV will need to be set higher, and vice versa.
