This CV controls how long the engine must sit unused before it will automatically mute itself. The higher the value in this CV the more time it will take before it mutes itself from inactivity. (TODO What does a value of 0 do?)
This CV controls how long the locomotive must sit idle and stationary before it will automatically mute itself. The value of this CV is the duration of the timer in minutes. For example, with the default value of 10 the locomotive will idle for 10 minutes before playing a shutdown sound and muting itself.

The minimum value is 1 minute; 0 is not valid and will be overwritten automatically as 1. A value of 255 will set the timer to approximately 4 hours.

NMRA CV 114 - Automatic Audio Shutoff Timer

This CV controls how long the locomotive must sit idle and stationary before it will automatically mute itself. The value of this CV is the duration of the timer in minutes. For example, with the default value of 10 the locomotive will idle for 10 minutes before playing a shutdown sound and muting itself.

The minimum value is 1 minute; 0 is not valid and will be overwritten automatically as 1. A value of 255 will set the timer to approximately 4 hours.

To disable this feature entirely, use CV 176.
