NMRA CV 158 - Rule 17 Button Mapping (7-12)

NOTE: THIS CV IS CURRENTLY ONLY SUPPORTED ON THE OEM BACHMANN CHARGER DECODERS

Allows the user to remap the button used to dim any Rule-17 Dim-able lighting effects. This CV can map this function to buttons between 7 and 12.
