NMRA CV 7 - Manufacturer Version Number

This CV is reserved for the manufacturer to store information regarding the version of the decoder. This CV cannot be modified by an user, and is a read-only CV. For information regarding the list of TCS decoder Versions, as well as features added or changes made as a result of a version change, head over to the Version List and/or Changelog
