All TCS products are backed by a 1 year warranty which covers against manufacturing defects and installation issues. Which means, even if you accidentally damage the decoder during the installation process, we will still cover that decoder under warranty within one year of the manufactured date. All Warranties must be registered prior to mailing – even if you are a TCS decoder installer, dealer, or distributor of TCS products. A Warranty Claim must be filled out via our website if your product needs repair.
If you are unsure if your decoder is damaged, or have any questions regarding its performance, visit our Technical Support section, follow our Troubleshooting Guide, or contact technical support.
