NMRA CV 110 - Extended Version ID (Mid Byte)
This CV is used by TCS to store information regarding the version of a specific decoder type. This CV is primarily used for decoder programming interfaces (such as JMRI) so the correct CV information for this decoder can be automatically found and loaded.
CV 110 and CV 111 are both used to store a unique identifier for a specific decoder from the OEM.
