This CV controls how long the engine must sit unused before it will automatically mute itself. The value of this CV is the amount of time in minutes it will take before the decoder mutes itself from inactivity. For example, with the default value of 10 the locomotive will idle for 10 minutes before playing a shutdown sound and muting itself. A value of 0 will set the timer to approximately 8 hours. CV 176 can be used to disable this feature entirely.
