			Release 3.8 makes the following changes and improvements:

			*Adds packet filtering to the built-in hub of the throttles exposed on port 12021. (Note that this is not a commonly used feature.)
			*[UWT-100 only] Improves knob handling such that the throttle does not jump back to speed step 1 following a scroll down to 0, even if the mechanics are springy.
			*[UWT-50 only] Adds speed increment/decrement/increment fast/decrement fast as possible features of the thumb switches.

			*Fixes a rare crash in the consist editing window.
			*Fixes a rare crash in the menu window.
			*Fixes Protocol Support reports on LCC to include Firmware Upgrade support.

			*Ensures that when a throttle connects, both emergency off and emergency stop state gets correctly displayed.
			*Fixes warnings displayed by JMRI when the Configuration screen is closed.
			*Fixes crashes and standards-compliancy issues caused by unknown LCC messages.
			*Fixes LCC behavior upon alias conflicts.
			*Fixes an issue that occasionally caused the last used DCC accessory number to be printed in the middle of the main screen.
			*[UWT-50P only] Fixes runaway train at power on when the knob was not at zero.
