			== Reset Types Exclusive to WOWSound ==
			This section covers reset types which are only available on WOWSound decoders. These reset types will only reset specific settings within the WOWSound decoder, which may be desirable. Using these reset types will ONLY affect the defined setting(s), and will not affect other settings such as the decoder's address, consisting configurations, motor control, etc.

			All of the reset methods described in this section are available through the use of [[Audio Assist®]].

			=== Reset Throttle Button [Sounds] to Default ===
			This reset type is accessible through Audio Assist "Additional Options" Menu 4, Sub-menu 3 "Factory Reset Menu" by selecting option 3 (8888, 4, 3, 3)

			Selecting this Reset will revert any changes made to the Sound Function Mappings back to the default configuration. This includes OEM decoders.

			=== Reset Volume Levels to Default ===
			This reset type is accessible through Audio Assist "Additional Options" Menu 4, Sub-menu 3 "Factory Reset Menu" be selecting option 4 (8888, 4, 3, 4)

			Selecting this Reset will revert any changes made to the Sound Type Volume levels back to the default configurations. This includes OEM decoders.

			=== User Presets/Resets ===
			WOWSound decoders also have the ability to "create your own reset" through the use of the [[Audio Assist®#User%20Presets\|User Presets]] feature of [[Audio Assist®]]. Saving any "known good" configuration to a User Preset will overwrite the current settings with the saved configuration at any time. This feature is also useful for setting up multiple configuration profiles, such as club running, or consisted and single-unit operations.

			User Presets/Resets are very useful once the decoder is set up the way you want. If something unexpected or undesirable happens in the future to the configuration, the settings can be restored without having to start reprogramming from scratch. User Presets can also be overwritten at any time while programming, allowing for a "fall back" or "quicksave" to return to in case a mistake is made while programming.
